Frequently Asked Questions

“I only need occasional care/temporary care/and/or respite relief, can you help?” Yes! Once we go through the new client onboarding paperwork process, I will be your provider for as long as you wish.

“I only need to “fill the gaps” of care (between providers, time awake, etc) do you do this?” Yes!

“What is your minimum hours of care?” 2 hours minimum commitment.

“How do you accept payment?” Cash with a receipt provided + your invoice, EMT (email money transfer) including a receipt. Sorry, I do not accept cheques at this time.

“What is your schedule like?” Booking weekly, changes weekly… typically on a Sunday afternoon/evening I will reach out to my clients and let them know my availability for the upcoming week. We work together to figure out a schedule that works best for everyone.

“Are you accepting new clients?” Yes!

“I’m not sure what type of care and/or respite relief I need?” No worries! We will sit down together before starting any form of care or respite services to determine yours or your loved ones’ requirements.

“Does the rate change for overnight care?” Yes, it does and stipulations are found in the new client paperwork that we will go over together.

“I’m not sure [insert concern] do you have any resources or know of providers?” YES, being in the healthcare field for a decade, I am quite knowledgeable and resourceful. Please don’t hesitate to ask me anything – I might just have the perfect solution for you!
