PATHWAYS TO INDEPENDENCE
• Supporting adults with a developmental disability, an acquired brain injury, and/or those who may be dually diagnosed. • Caring for individuals with complex care requirements including special dietary considerations, mobility limitations, mental impairments, and high-important personal behavioral support plans. • Assisting individuals with appointments, with their chosen activities in the community and ensuring each person-centered goal is achieved as per their quality-of-life plan. • Ensuring all administrative work is completed in a timely manner utilizing many complex platforms and that all mandatory training is up to date. • Strong participant in positive teamwork, happily orientating newly hired staff and/or students on placement and maintaining positive workplace relationships.
